These arrived in perfect condition shortly after I placed the order. They fit my Shark Mop and were MUCH cheaper than buying them locally. Excellent and prompt service.

Ive had my steam mop for almost a year. Slowly over time it fell apart. The water tank knob broke off, then the handle broke and had to be glued, now the unit stoped producing steam. I called the company and they told me to ship it to them at my expense and they would look at it and maybe fix it and then send it back to me at my expense. It was going to cost me more in shipping and handeling then it did to buy it. Shark does not stand behind the product that they sell.

I'm buying some bissell mop pads because the shark mop pads don't stay on. They curl up and move around. It sanitizes the floor and I like it except for the mop heads.
