I have had this steam mop for 1 year. I have been thinking of replacing it, hoping to find a more improved mop but so far, I think this is the best. Here is the bad news: the cord is too short and there is no on/off switch, other than unplugging it from the outlet. So, as your mopping and run out of cord slack, you have to leave it steaming on your floor or carry it with you to unplug it. Dumb! It only comes with 1 washable cloth that has a drawstring on it. Before you wash it, tie the strings together tight, because the string works its way out of the cloth and I've had to re-string it 3 times. Again, dumb! Also, if you want extra cloths, which of course you will need them, you have to order them from the manufacturer and they are not cheap. The good news, is that it has a steam dial, so you can decide how much steam you need for your situation, which eliminates water build-up left on the floor that so many people complain about with other mops. The head swivels too, and it can reach under much skinnier spaces. I have wood laminate throughout my apt. and this mop sanitizes and takes away dirt and odor from pets. I love not having to use chemicals. You don't have to scrub anything. The steam literally lifts off the dirt and the cloth pad takes it away. If you can live with the inconvinence of the aforementioned, you will have very clean floors with no streaking.

This works pretty good. What I don't like is the handle it extends when you need it to and you twist to lock but mine keeps unlocking and the handle goes down- but that's not a real big problem. Also I wish the pads were a little thicker and more absorbant.I usually do all 4 rooms at once but I can't use the same pad.

I'va had this steam mop since Christmas and have only used it 3 times. At first I wasn't impressed because of the amount of water left on our floors. I tried it again on a lower setting and it works much better. I used it recently to clean months og grime in a dark damp shower and I will say it made a big difference. Overall I think it is a good mop for the money and the ability to use it as a hand held steam cleaner. My only complaints are that the handle feels cheap and unfastens as I use it, and I feel that it leaves too many streaks on the laminate flooring. I almost feel that I need to go over it with the Swiffer.

I just received the mop a few days ago and used the mop the next day. It seems to do a good job. Much simpler than other mops with wringing/rinsing. I did go over each area twice (holiday parties). I did change the microfiber mat that was included. I am using the cloth mop cover that I use with my Swiffer-like mop. (The brand I use is Quickie-stronger handle) I would buy it again but recommend a different mop cover. I am returning the replacement covers that were recommended.

Love this product. I clean everything with it (bath, kitchen, babys toys, floor, etc). No chemicals needed! It has good vapor power to clean hard surfaces. Highly recommend it!
