We have a new home with VERY dark wood floors ... for 1-1/2 years I have not been happy with the look of the floors. The only way to get them clean was on hands & knees, washing, rinsing & drying - and it didn't seem to last. Very time consuming! My niece recommended the Shark and we ended up with the deluxe model (based on other reviews). It is awesome. Cleans perfectly and quickly and I totally love the way the floors look. Nice long cord and large water reservoir. No residue is left behind so the floors stay clean longer and spot cleaning leaves no marks at all. Anyone with wood floors should purchase this product.

Moved into a new home with all tile floors downstairs. We cleaned when we first moved in, but used the new steam mop the day it arrived, and the floors are immaculate! Couldn't believe the difference. This product is great & the longer cord makes it easy to use.

I went through 2 pads (both sides), and I was surprised at how dirty they were. There was a residue left on my hardwood areas, so I will stick to Orange Glo. Everywhere else, though, the Shark worked well. I do advise that the floors need to be relatively clean or there will be streaks. (One of my rooms had been closed up for months, so that floor had to be done twice.) Nothing beats a good cleaning with Lysol cleaner and a mop, but I will use the Shark Steamer to maintain the floors. Also, I added a bit of vinegar to the water to reduce streaks.

We have 2400 square feet of ceramic tile. For the first time, it is a breeze to clean with the Euro-Pro Shark S3501 Deluxe Steam Pocket Mop. The instructions are clear which makes it simple to put together and even simpler to use. This Deluxe set is the best; 2 mop heads; 2 washable mop pockets per head; a dusting mop pocket, a carpet steamer attachment, and even the water cup! And 30 feet of cord, allowing you to complete the job in no time at all! The water chamber is large too, so I cover more than 2000 square feet in one swoop! Of course the most important element of the Deluxe mop is that our floors are left SANITIZED CLEAN with NO harmful chemical residue and the drying time is swift!!! I literally can steam mop 10 minutes before company arrives and be ready to open the door with a clean and dry floor. This is an investment in a quality product for a quality and healthy lifestyle. Buy it and you'll be writing an excellent review as well! IT'S THE BEST!!!
